It is the essence of life, connecting the body, mind, and emotions. The way we breathe affects our body and mind more than we might realize. Breathing influences the nervous system, heart function, and emotional well-being. Becoming aware of our breathing patterns and practicing simple techniques, such as slow diaphragmatic breathing, can help reduce stress, support cardiovascular health, and foster greater emotional balance.

I offer Breathwork Sessions both in person and online—each format is powerful and effective in its own way.
Each breathwork journey is unique. The structure of the session and the number of meetings are carefully adapted to your individual needs, current circumstances, and the intention that brings you to this work. We begin with a supportive conversation to clarify your intention and create a safe space for the experience. After the breathwork practice, we take time to integrate the process through reflection and dialogue, exploring any insights, emotions, or experiences that may have arisen.
Sessions are available in two formats: 30 minutes or 50 minutes, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
