According to the master of Polish psychiatry, Antoni Kępiński, psychotherapy is “a fascinating journey into the most mysterious country: the soul of another person.” It is therefore more than “just” treatment. The psychotherapist is more of a guide or companion on this journey, rather than an authority or repository of objective knowledge. This understanding of the therapeutic process resonates deeply with me and aligns with my holistic approach. It emphasizes that psychotherapy encompasses the whole person, rather than focusing solely on their beliefs or emotions.
I was trained in the very traditional psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy. While I still draw from this extensive and insightful knowledge of the human psyche—especially conscious and unconscious processes—I have chosen to venture into much broader waters in my work. I gladly incorporate humanistic and Jungian psychology, attachment and trauma theory, and energy work. My sessions often include bodywork and breathwork, and sometimes even sound therapy.
I regularly place my work under supervision to ensure quality and growth.
I offer psychotherapy both in-person and online.

A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a constantly shifting constellation of possibilities, not a set number of traits. (Carl Rogers)
